Workshoppen inviterer dig til en kraftfuld transformationsproces, som findes naturligt i alt levende.
Det er rejsen fra frø til spir til blomst, fra larve til puppe til sommerfugl, fra lidelse til accept til kreativitet, selvværd og manifestation.
Med forårets komme, frydes sjælen over livets mirakel og evige bevægelse mod forvandling og fornyelse. Tiden er inde til at åbne øjnene og hjertet for nye perspektiver og muligheder.
De 5Rytmer® vil danne rammen om 3 dage, hvor vi vil bevæge os ud af vinteren og mørkets prægning af krop og sjæl og slippe det, der ikke længere tjener os.

Der kræves ingen tidligere erfaring for at deltage.
Alle er velkomne
Kursuscenter Marielund er et smukt lille center i
Søhøjlandet, med plads til ca 20 mennesker.
Stedet er præget af gode materialer, en Zen- stemning, højt til loftet, renhed,
gulvvarme og en smuk lys dansesal med trægulv.
Mellem sessionerne er der tid til at bevæge sig i det smukke
Søhøjland, vi er omgivet af. Eller hvile, reflektere og nyde en kop te på
den overdækkede terrasse.

*Ved ikke fuld booket retreat er der mulighed for enkeltværelse for et tillæg på 700 kr.
Værelserne tildeles efter først til mølle princippet.

Fællesskabets tjanser:
For at skabe en god sammenhængskraft og holde prisen nede,
får alle deltagere en daglig opgave med at anrette maden (efter anvisning) og
at rydde op efter et måltid.

BETINGELSER
I tilfælde af afbud indtil senest 14 dage før retreat-start (15.03.24) tilbagebetales
det indbetalte beløb minus et administrationsgebyr på 500 kr.
Ved afbud senere end 14 dage før retreat-start (15.03.24), refunderes det
indbetalte beløb ikke. Pladsen kan dog gives til en anden. Giv i så fald besked
på kontakt@lailanissen.dk.
Måtte det uventede ske, at retreatet aflyses af Laila W. Nissen
tilbagebetales det fulde indbetalte beløb.
Tilmelding er først gældende ved indbetaling af kursusbeløbet.
Deltagelse på retreatet er på eget ansvar, hvad angår både ophold og
undervisning. Laila W. Nissen fraskriver sig ethvert ansvar i forbindelse med
sygdom, skader m.m.. Deltagerne rådes til at tegne rejse- og ulykkesforsikring.
Der tages forbehold for fejl og ændringer.

The workshop invites you to a powerful transformation process that is found naturally in the essence of all living things.
It is the journey from seed to sprout to flower, from caterpillar to pupa to butterfly, from suffering to acceptance to creativity, self-esteem and manifestation.
With the coming of spring, the soul rejoices in the miracle of life and eternal movement towards transformation and renewal. The time has come to open your eyes and heart to new perspectives and possibilities.
The 5Rhythms® will form the framework for 3 days, where we will move out of the winter and darkness imprinted on body and soul and let go of what no longer serves us.
We welcome the light, joy and expansion and celebrate our vitality and ability to create.

No previous experience is required to participate.

Kursuscenter Marielund is a beautiful small center in Søhøjlandet, with room for approx. 20 people. The place is characterized by good materials, a Zen atmosphere, high ceilings, cleanliness, floor heating and a beautiful bright dancespace with a wooden floor.
Between sessions there is time to move in the beautifulcountryside of Søhøjland, which we are surrounded by. Or rest, reflect and enjoy a cup of tea on the covered terrace.

Bring your own towels & bed linen (can be purchased additionally for DKK 100)
*If the retreat is not fully booked, there is the option of a single room for a supplement of DKK 700. The rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Transportation: As there is no public transport to the retreat center Marielund, I am happy to arrange carpooling. Please write to kontakt@lailanissen.dk if you have room in the car, or need a lift, and where you are coming from.
Community:
In order to create good cohesion and keep the price down, all participants are given a daily chore of preparing the food (following instructions) and cleaning up after a meal.

CONDITIONS
In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the retreat at the latest (15.03.24), the amount paid will be refunded minus an administration fee of DKK 500.
In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the start of the retreat (15.03.24), the amount paid will not be refunded. However, the place can be given to someone else. In that case, notify kontakt@lailanissen.dk.
Should the unexpected happen that the retreat is canceled by Laila W. Nissen, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Registration is only valid upon payment of the course fee.
Participation in the retreat is at your own risk, in terms of both accommodation and teaching. Laila W. Nissen disclaims any liability in connection with illness, injuries, etc. Participants are advised to take out travel and accident insurance.
Errors and changes are reserved.
