For us to be able to listen deeply to our souls rhythms we need to move and engage the body. We need to soften our being, quiet our mind and let our soul speak.
Without a deep connection to our felt sense and aliveness in our body we are homeless and lack direction.

The 5 Rhythms of the soul each have their own essence that wants to be expressed through you.

In Flowing we open up our body and being
In Staccato we allow expression from the loving heart
In Chaos we surrender the mind and access deeper knowing
in Lyrical we expand our heart into seeing from our soul
In Stillness we heal and become One.

This is the Wave that we are invited to surf.

The practical stuff:

How much: 750 kr. /104 Euros

Where: Teater Refleksion, Frederiksgade 72B, 1, Aarhus C, Denmark

How many: a maximum of 20 participants

Extra: You can join the weekly 5Rhythms® class the evening prior to the workshop on Friday May 3. from 19.00 – 21.15 for 100 kr/15 Euros. It will be held at the same venue.

Lunch: Bring some lunch to share – we’ll make a buffet.  Snacks and tea will be served during the workshop.
