Hvordan bevarer vi kontakten til os selv, når vi møder andre mennesker. Det være sig på dansegulvet eller ude i verden. Hvordan forbliver vi grounded, hjemme i os selv og samtidig nærværende i relationen?
På denne 1-dags workshop vil vi danse med og opbygge redskaber og ressourcer, så vi både kan være i solid kontakt med os selv og indgå i autentiske relationen med andre.

Vi vil bevæge os gennem de 5Rytmer, forankre os i kroppen, bevidstgøre vores kant og afgrænsning, finde tilliden til afstanden imellem os, lege med letheden og lande i stilhedens forbundetheden.

De 5Rytmer® består af Flowing- staccato- chaos- lyrical- stillness som tilsammen danner en Wave.
5Rytmer® er baseret på 3 aspekter af kontakt: til os selv, til andre og til Spirit.

Ingen forudgående erfaring nødvendig.
Alle, der er interesseret i at sætte sig selv i bevægelse og udforske relationen til sig selv og andre er velkommen.

Tid: Lørdag d. 19. oktober 2024 kl 11.00 – 18.00

How do we maintain the connection with ourselves when we meet other people? Be it on the dance floor or out in the world.
How do we stay grounded, at home in ourselves and at the same time present in the relationship?

In this 1-day workshop, we will dance with and build tools and resources so that we can both be in solid connection with ourselves and enter into authentic relationships with others.

We will move through the 5 Rhythms, anchor ourselves in the body, become aware of our edge and boundaries, find trust in the space between us, play with lightness and land in the connectedness of silence.

The 5Rytmer® consists of Flowing- Staccato- Chaos- Lyrical- Stillness which together form a Wave.
5Rhythms® is based on 3 aspects of connection: to ourselves, to others and to Spirit.

No prior experience necessary.
Anyone who is interested in putting themselves in motion and exploring the relationship with themselves and others is welcome.

Time: Saturday 19th of October 2024 at 11.00 am -6.00 pm

Price: DKK 700, if paid no later than 3 October, then DKK 750.
