På dette særlige 4 dags Retreat over nytåret 2023/24 vil du få mulighed for at lade dansen åbne dig op til din visdom og dine visioner.
Her kan du blive langsom, bevægelig, åben, kraftfuld og lydhør overfor det, der kalder på dig.
Og hvad er bedre end et årsskifte til at fordybe dig i og genfinde, hvad der giver mening og hvad du gerne vil have mere af i dit liv?
Med 5Rytmer-dansen som transformerende katalysator, bliver du inviteret til at slippe de betingede forestillinger du har om dit liv, og åbne op til en dybere visdom, der strømmer igennem dig.
Er du villig til at lytte og tage de næste skridt med større vished, klarhed og handlekraft fra det dybeste i dig?
Du vil danse dybt, spise godt (3 retters Nytårs menu inkluderet i prisen), have mulighed for at tilbringe tid i den smukke natur vi er omgivet af, reflektere og meditere.
Vi skaber dette fællesskab sammen og du vil bidrage med ca 1-2 køkken/ oprydningstjanser i løbet af opholdet. (Vejledt af Marcus og Alberte, der laver maden til os)
Kursuscenter Marielund er et velholdt lille center, der ligger i naturskønne omgivelser og har plads til 20 sovende gæster i 10 dobbeltværelser med delte badeværelser.
Dansesalen har lysindfald fra 3 sider, et blødt fjedrende gulv og plads til ca. 24 dansere.
Der er ikke mulighed for at komme til kursuscentret med offentlig transport, men vi arrangerer samkørsel eller henter dig ved busstoppestedet i Sdr. Vissing. Kontakt mig, hvis du har brug for hjælp til at finde frem.

Prisen inkluderer:
3 overnatninger i dobbeltværelse, med delt bad og toilet på gangen.

Ikke inkluderet i prisen:
Linned og håndklæder, drikkevarer udover vand og kaffe/te.
Hvis du vil have drinks eller alkohol under dit ophold, bedes du selv medbringe dette.
Vi ønsker at skabe en atmosfære af fordybelse, så vi opfordrer til at indtage alkohol med omhu.
For at skabe rum til stilhed og fordybelse har kursusstedet Fatboys sækkestole, som kan benyttes i pauserne i dansesalen, hvor der vil være stille-rum og tid.
Du kan således aftale med din værelsespartner, at I kan skiftes til at tilbringe alene-tid på værelset/i dansesalen.
Der er begrænset antal pladser, idet Marielund har 20 sovepladser ( fordelt på 10 dobbeltværelse) , og rumme ca. 22 mennesker til dans og måltiderne. (fotos i bunden af siden)
Derfor er der kun åbent for 2 pladser for udeboende til reduceret pris. Kontakt mig ved interesse (først til mølle princippet)

BETINGELSER
I tilfælde af afbud indtil senest 14 dage før retreat-start tilbagebetales det indbetalte beløb minus et administrationsgebyr på 500 kr.
Ved afbud senere end 14 dage før retreat-start, refunderes det indbetalte beløb ikke. Pladsen kan dog gives til en anden. Giv i så fald besked på kontakt@lailanissen.dk.
Måtte det uventede ske, at retreatet aflyses af Laila W. Nissen tilbagebetales det fulde indbetalte beløb.
Deltagelse på retreatet er på eget ansvar, hvad angår både ophold og undervisning. Laila W. Nissen fraskriver sig ethvert ansvar i forbindelse med sygdom, skader m.m.. Deltagerne rådes til at tegne rejse- og ulykkesforsikring.
Der tages forbehold for fejl og ændringer.

On this special 4 day Retreat over the New Year 2023/24, you are given the opportunity to let the dance open you up to your visions and your wisdom.
You can allow yourself to become slow, moved, open, powerful and responsive to what calls you from deep within.
And what is better than the New Year to immerse yourself in and rediscover what gives you a sense of purpose and what you would like more of in your life?
With the 5Rhythm dance as a transformative catalyst, you are invited to let go of the conditioned notions you have about your life, and open up to a deeper wisdom flowing through you.
Are you willing to listen and take the next steps with greater certainty, clarity and agency from deep within you?
You will dance deeply, eat well (3-course New Year’s menu included in the price), have the opportunity to spend time in the beautiful nature we are surrounded by, reflect and meditate.
We create this community together and you will contribute with approx. 1-2 kitchen/cleaning duties during the stay. (Guided by Marcus and Alberte, who cook for us)
Kursuscenter Marielund is a well-kept small center located in scenic surroundings and has room for 20 sleeping guests in 10 double rooms with shared bathrooms.
The dance hall has light from 3 sides, a soft springy floor and space for approx. 24 dancers.
It is not possible to get to the course center by public transport, but we arrange car sharing or pick you up at the bus stop in Sdr. Wissing. Contact me if you need help finding your way.

Not included in the price:
Linen and towels (can be supplied for a fee), drinks other than water and coffee/tea.
If you want drinks or alcohol during your stay, please bring this yourself.
We want to create an atmosphere of immersion, so we encourage the consumption of alcohol with mindfulness and care.
To create space for silence and contemplation, the center offers Fatboy beanbag chairs, which can be used during the breaks in the dance hall, where there will be quiet space and time.
You can thus agree with your room partner that you can take turns spending time alone in the room/in the dancespace
There is a limited number of places, as the venue Marielund has 20 beds, and accommodates approx. 22 people for dancing and meals.
Therefore, there are only 2 places open for non-residents at a reduced price. Contact me if interested (first come, first served basis)

CONDITIONS
In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the retreat at the latest, the amount paid will be refunded minus an administration fee of DKK 500.
In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the start of the retreat, the amount paid will not be refunded. However, the place can be given to someone else. In that case, notify kontakt@lailanissen.dk.
Should the unexpected happen that the retreat is canceled by Laila W. Nissen, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Participation in the retreat is at your own risk, in terms of both accommodation and teaching. Laila W. Nissen disclaims all responsibility in connection with illness, injuries, etc. Participants are advised to take out travel and accident insurance.
Errors and changes are reserved.
